I tried to post a little earlier, but found that I don't know how to add a picture from a file on my desktop. I need someone to explain it to me.
However, I did want you to share with you an idea I learned the other day about how to release the tension from sewing all day or sitting in the same position. Sometimes I'm so stiff after sewing or rotary cutting, I can hardly move. This works! (all products are available from Nature's Sunshine...you have my discount shown in yesterday's blog.)
STRESS BUSTER FOR THE SPINE.
Layer on back:
1 layer of capsicum extract
1 layer of tei fu
1 layer of lobelia
Put a hot wet towel over the top for 15-30 minutes. You may find your back is completely aligned when you’re through!

Oh that sounds so relaxing. I got out my heating pad this weekend. It was cool enough to use it and even that just helped. I've got to do this.
ReplyDeleteI just came from Nanette's, welcome and thank you for the great idea!!
ReplyDeleteIt took Nanette to tell me you had started a blog!? I'm calling you RIGHT NOW!

Thanks Judi! would the picture have been of you laying on the stress buster?:) I'm looking forward to reading your blog, and don't let me give you a hard time, it's Nanette's fault!
ReplyDeleteOkay Judi, I tried the stress buster due to a nasty case of achey lower back pain. I am here to tell you and everyone that not only does it align the spine it gets your blood moving and your feet hopping and the next thing you know your housework is done and you feel super happy and energized!! Although it's relaxing...it's really a FATIGUE buster!!
